how to obtain skill rune upgrades

The gems you get to change your skill runes from reg to magic and beyond where do you get them? I know you get 1 in a quest early on but almost 50 have not seen another one. Any ideas?

They demand your creditcard or play like 200 hours to find one i think. Seems they are extremely rare to drop

Iirc there are some (magic ones) in the current login/event/passes.

Droprate seems really low early game and you can buy at least rare upgrades with rm.

its a rare drop...but if u got 20 mins make 2 alts rush to act 2 bam you just got 2 for about 30 mins of work

i actually found a yellow one at lvl ~60 . and a few blue one as i play but yes , there very care , but there is a skill that let u get 5% skill drop on 100% hit .

you can craft them as well, shocker right. i don't see any demand for a credit card. If you know what you doing or check some guides you gonna get there pretty fast.

Or be an idiot and wait for random drops, have absolute no clue what you talk about and still share it with the world. While at it leave a negative review, cause reasons.

I got a treasure goblin portal that gave me two of them at level 20ish

...not using either of the skills i used them on anymore though

Wait, can you? the only recipe I can find in alchemy is a converter from Skill rune upgrade to Link rune upgrade.

Hey, you can dismantle runes at least level 16 to get "Skill Rune Magic Upgrade". You have the dismantle list at the blacksmith.

@NeufOrteils only works if you have a magic skill rune to dissenchange reg runes you dont get those pieces. @Prophyz been thru list numerous times not seeing a way to craft one. Please explain
