Hi. Go to Account in Settings on Your PC and Phone. Choose Export in Phone - You must seen CODE. Take this CODE and choose Import in PC version - enter this CODE. Profit.
P.S. you must create character on PC, before export your account.

I JUST GOT THIS WORKING: and here is how I did it.. I ported a levl 70 toon from iOS to Steam on a PC...

Open your email app. this process is JANKY as all Firetruck and you will receive no less than 5 2FA codes sent to your email through this process.

ASSUME: you found undecember via mobile and started playing, and now want to play on a BIG screen with REAL FPS and stuff big enough for you to actually see the beauty and polish all the artists and devs put into this game.

1: create an account on FLOOR on your PC, via their website: NOTE their website's CSS is all hozed, you may have to zooom in or out to get the buttons to work. if the buttons are not responsive just keep zooming in or out until you get the cursor to change indicating the button is active. Also they are using a new, and bizarre, instance of Capcha... hope you like food and toys. Oh, and the website may send you a 2FA token via email AND NOT TELL YOU, or even show an input box to input said 2FA until you refresh the page. Like I said, their CSS is borked. (if any line devs ever see this, just open code inspector in ANY browser and you can see your layout and IDs change after refresh)

1.b: Keep your credentals handy, your gonna need them like 4 more times. (Use a password vault people, get some of your sanity back)

1.c: in a web browser window log in to your new account, enter your ID and PW, go back to your email app, open the new email from LINE, grab the 2FA code enter it and log in.

2: On your ios(android whatever) Open Undecember

2.A Open undecember on your PC. if you go into the accounts tab of the settings menu and click on the FLOOR icon, you will notice the window is blacked out (There IS something there, you can see the cursor changes as you move the mouse around, they just blacked it out). Go ahead and shut undecember again, just wanted you to see this, because it'll be important later

3: Install the FLOOR launcher on your PC. Yes ya gotta do this. you'll see why in a moment, and you'll likely be pissed. Yes enter your email and password AGAIN, and get another 2FA token sent to your email.

3.b: (THIS MAY BE OPTIONAL) Install undecember again on your PC from the FLOOR launcher (don't worry if you are using steam, we will never use this instance of the game and you can nuke it when we're done) This is how I did it and how it worked for me. I _think_ only the launcher needs to be installed and running on your PC for this to work.

3.c: Ok this is all we need to do for the moment on the PC, now on the mobile device. Launch Undecember.

3: In the settings menu, account tab, click the FLOOR icon (line)

4: Log into your Floor (line) account using the _email_ (not ID) and PW, it'll send you another 2FA to your email. it's easiest to open your email on your mobile device and copythe 2FA token and switch back over to undecember and paste the 2FA. (Or open the email on your PC and transcribe, that is sometimes easier than using copy and paste on an android)

5: you will get a message about transferring and being very careful. but at the moment you don't have anything synched on the PC side that can stomp on your mobile game. so click ok and back to the PC.

6:Make sure the FLOOR launcher is running!, and you are logged in.

6.b: Launch undecember (Now, at this step I launched the steam install of Undecember, outisde of steam by just navagating to <where steam is installed>/steamapps/common/undecember and just double clicking on the executable.) But you do you If you installed Undecember via FLOOR, do not launch that version if you ever want to see your toon again.

7: once undecember launches on your PC, select your throw away character and open the game, go to settings, account tab, and click the FLOOR icon (it's the only one) enter your email and PW, again. Flip back over to your email app and get the latest 2FA token.

8: NOW THIS IS THE TRICKEY BIT... This time when you log into your FLOOR account inside Undecember On your PC, you will see 2 options for transfer, Check the box of where you want your character to come FROM. if you want your character to COME FROM IOS AND stomp on your throw away steam char. click the IOS button. and confirm.


9: DON"T FREAK OUT, you'll be kicked back to the character select screen, and you'll see your throw away char trudging through the sand, say a soft goodbye and KILL undecember NOW. (shut it down, exit it, kill it with task manager, whatever floats in your moat)

10: Open undecember again. Once the game starts up you'll see your beautiful IOS toon, and you will get kicked out of Undecember on your ios device.

DONT BLAME THE DEVS... this STINKS like a hack to get around distrabution semi exclusive contract terms. Like back in the way bad old days when online play first came to xbox360 and PS3 and in order to publish an online game on any platform you had to sign in blood that you would not allow cross play between competing consoles, contract terms so egreious that even rockstar couldn't get around them. Also, this gotta be a tangled Mess of contracts between Line as first party publisher, and ios and steam being second party distribution platforms.
This worked for me. Am playing my pretty purple arrow slinging puppet master on a 42" QHD screen at 3840x2160 aaat.. I haven't checked the framerate yet, but it's better than my old Ipad. Gosh this game is beautiful. Mad respect to the art director, technical art director and everyone on the art team, QA, HUD and 2d dev team (chefs kiss to one of the best polished in game UIs in a while)
