need advice for Barrier build

I finally get Proc on hit Rune and now have to choose Defense Enhance rune. Wich one you use or can advice? Agile Movement or Pantheon? Both seems so good, cant decide.
92 lvl, 5.5k barrier (yes it not much but i working on it), LC+EB full f2p

and you can also use attack enhanc and shouts on this, so you can have 3

If Barrier makes sense depends on the build you play
Even some Casters cannot use Barrier well.. this includes the famous ToxicFlame builds.
Ofc mobility helps, but don´t expect Barrier Recovery to work magic. Ideally you want:
Absorb + Dmg-Reduction + Barrier-Leech + high Barrier-Recovery

yeah work on barrier is much much harder. Armor is so easy and have so much love from devs. But i like barrier mechanic, its make building intresting.
