Does this game install rootkit/virus?

I was looking at a few posts and i heared that many people have problems with antivirus warnings and there was another post that gave a big warning about rootkit installation.
I am now a bit unsure if it is worth to install this, i am in the mood for a new action rpg but i dont want to harm my pc with something like this.

Yes, the anti cheat system is indeed a rootkit.. But so are many other anti cheat systems out there, play cod on battleye for example? Well, battleye is also a rootkit... Play helldivers 2? Same anti cheat as this game... Oh you play games that runs easy anti cheat? Well, that's also a rootkit..

Heck, even windows itself is a rootkit..

If you don't want to play this because the rootkit anti cheat scares you, then don't..

There are noticeable more complains about virus warnings at this forum then i ever have seen at any other games forum. Some even say that the program stays at the pc if i uninstall undecember (which is very strange), i must confess that i will skip the game because i dosent have a good feeling anymore and the pc is running very well atm.

That was in the past when the game didn't had ways to uninstall the software, they changed it to a tool at some point that you had to download to uninstal it.. They later updated it again that it should be uninstalled if you uninstal the game itself.

Regarding virus warnings, a lot of of those come down to "Trust me bro".. I've had games on my pc for years with different anti cheats including nprotect (From stuff in the past) and barely ever had 1 single anti virus warning... Heck, not even my current pc which i bought last year (So no nprotect on it) triggered those virus warnings.. It does ask the occasional "Want to proceed" but that's about it..
