HOW DO U APPLY A SKILL TO USE?

trying to figure how to use skills

all i have is a right click arrow fire

i have fire balls

but cannot figure how use apply this skill to use?

Press k, look in the top left of your screen as there's 2 tabs on there.. Click the second tab, apply skill to skill bar... Done.

On your screen the top left corner there are like 3 lines click that it should show you a menu across the top your screen. Pick skills. On skills there are two tabs one opens up the hexagon panel to place your runes and link runes. Then the next tab allows you to put the skills on your action bar.
