Intel Xeon E5 2697 v3 - TDP 145W and if You have unlocked TurboBoost I can imagine that your liquid cooling system is not enough
It is not a "hardware" problem if it only happens with one game, I have not unlocked TurboBoost and my cooling works up to 180W, Speccy may be misreading the temperature data due to the rarity of the processor but the fact that this is the only game that closes after a while is a fact that started to happen since I upgraded to this processor and like the rest of the PC and OS is the same I am sure there is a problem with compatibility between this video game and processor.
Do prime stress for an hour and look at your temps. And when workers stop, your hardware is the problem, not the program.
It is relatively normal for the game to close after a long time in different situations. It is best to restart the game after a few hours to be on the safe side.
You're not the only one with this problem.
Use HWInfo and as you start it set it to sensors only. Leave it running in the background and start the game. Depending on how fast you crash, for 5 - to 10mins and close the game and check hwinfo for max/min temps and to see what happens with your cpu aswell. Hwinfo is very accurate.
Your temps do seem very high, but i have zero knowledge myself about those type of cpu's.
