Rune Candor Revitalization Essence

whiis is the utility of this rune?!?! I have a rune where I can't more use candor because I faIled many time and I have only 6 success. I use rune color to reset and after I can use the Rune candor revitalization that give me back the 6 white link, but I still can't use more candor on it... so why I must reset and after use the revitalization if I obtain the same rune I had before?!?!?

well if you use revitalization and your previous candor essence is only 6 success, you really need to get better than 6 or else it gonna be worst
