How to purchase in-game currency using Steam Wallet?

I currently purchased some amount on my steam wallet but unfortunately i can't find a way to convert it to in-game currency.

Will you help me with this?

I'm having trouble too making any purchases on the paid store. I have enough funds in my steam wallet, but the transactions aren't going through.

Yah, i have it on my steam wallet but i can't find anything in-game shop to convert it to in-game currency when you click the "amount" it's just give a sound queue but your wallets amounts will remain the same.

you need to enable Steam Overlay i figured it our myself :)

Keep in mind some games don't support steam wallet (the ones that send you directly to their own shops).

i am playing Risk, i want to purchase a bundle in Risk game, i constantly get redirected to steam when i click the bundle. altough i have enough in my Steam wallet. also overlay is enabled. i dont understand how this works at all. lol

i checked and my setup had overlay by default allready. i still can figgure out how to purchase a bundle, i tried some things out and did alot of research and sadly i havent found a solution.

perhaps you are willing to explain it how you fixed it, step by step?

i would gratly appreciate it,

From Steam>View>Settings>In-Game>Enable the steam overlay while In-game>Restart Game.

This is the process how i did it. :) hope it helps

Please note: The Steam Overlay must be functioning correctly for in-game purchasing to work (you can test the functionality of the overlay by using shift+tab in-game).
