If you need health potions more than once every 10 seconds, plus the instant one every60 seconds, you don't need more potions, you need a better build and to learn how to dodge.
I'm missing something here how is lifeleech being used in this game?
I have HP absorb on my Axe and my main skill Fissue has Regeneration and Hunger (?) - the HP on hit rune.
In combination with HP pots set at 80% or so, I seem to be keeping myself alive.
No idea whether this is a good or efficient way of doing it, but it's working for me lol.
