Ok, this boss is a turning point for me. My issue is this boss can one shot you unless you have both Lightning Resist and Chaos Resist at 75%. So I did exactly that, I dump all of my material to make armor set especially to deal with this boss. Work like a charm, now it need him to hit me 4 times to kill me, not sure is that a good news or not, any way, now I have other problem, His Shield.

He is constantly generate shield at the rate of around 15,000 HP per seconds. So this mean if I have DPS less than that or taking too much time running around (in which standing still is a dead sentence in this game) You deal no damage to his HP.

Did I miss something? is there a mechanic to disable his shield or something? I am at wits end at this point.

nope, got to keep damaging him. Try to run the first 3 maps in act 10, gains some level (1 or 2), and you will do it alot easier
