I consider this the ultimate in hypocrisy and disrespect on the part of the developers. The average player waits for weeks for a simple answer from the support service, and when it is in their interest respond quickly enough

streamers allways have the high priority in everything. , they get early copies , get free games, better communication with devs and so on.

you just need to accept that and move on.
