What happened to the Random VBIED's and Mortars in the Missions?
I play alot of singeplayer, FUBAR/Hard if available, and I hardly get the random VBIED's that would spawn and drive or be in a random yard or alley. Same with the mortars. What happened to all this? :missing:

Mortars still happen, but i didnt saw the VBIEDS for a long time

We haven't removed these, so I'm suspecting it's poor rng. Keep rolling and let me know if you come across these.
