'Out of memory trying to allocate a rendering resource'

My specs are 6600 XT 8GB, I5-9400F, 16 GB. Game ran totally fine before the update, I could reach between 45-60 fps without the upscaler (Because I think FSR looks ugly), but now I can't even get into a mission as I will get the Out of memory error message. This never happened before.

The only solution to this as far as I'm aware is using '-dx11' in the game's launch options.

Additionally, during missions, objects and textures sometimes won't load which leads to the player shooting at insurgents and not being able to hit them.

same here.After the latest update im stuck in the loading screen forever and then crashed to desktop

I have the same issue, i had bought it awhile back and it ran perfectly on high graphics and everything is set to low now and im only able to go throught the training mission.

Same issue with the 3070 Ti. I was able to complete the tutorial, but when it came to the campaign, I got 'out of video memory' message

Same issue on RX6800, I can play on medium settings, just cant set anything to high. Hopefully devs find out whats causing it.

same here, can't get in first mission. Memory error.

ive got a 4080 super and targets freeze then move then freeze then move - almost impossible to hit in scope mode

Possible memory leak? I load up a mission just fine, when I load a second mission it crashes with the error, even if its the same exact mission.

I also have the crash when starting a round after finishing the previous one. I dont think it has happened when starting the first round of the day

Could it be due to the limited V-RAM?
Of the 8 GB, sometimes more than 7950 MB are used when loading missions.
