Keep getting stuck on "Preparing to start mission" screen

Hi all,
Whenever i try to join a multiplayer game, I get stuck on the "Preparing to start mission" loading screen. I hear my teammates talking when they spawn in but they cannot hear me and I'm still stuck on the screen. On the few occasions I've gotten into a game, as soon as the cutscene ends I spawn in by myself with 0 ping. I cannot hear my teammates and they cannot hear me. However, if I die, i can magically hear them again, but they still cant hear me. Any help in sorting this out would be greatly appreciated. The problem persists after a clean install.

Ok I managed to load in. But now its still doing the thing where I dont spawn in with teammates and I have 0 ms ping. Cant hear anyone until I die and then they cant hear me.

Please completely restart your Steam client and see if this resolves the issue. If not, would you mind giving this a try (it was suggested as an unofficial workaround that may yield some success):

• Navigate to Control Panel > Clock, Language and Region > Date and Time > Set the time and date > Internet time > Change settings > check "Synchronize with an Internet time server" and click Update now.

Hi,

Doing exactly the fix you said to do Devs, but getting the same getting stuck on "Preparing to start mission" screen.

Please assist, or I will have to return the game unfortunetlty.
