New crosshair aiming
I do not like this. Too much stuff on the screen and I would rather have them disable crosshairs altogether and make it harder.

Just turn it off in gameplay settings. I agree it’s hideous and intrusive.

Yes I do and I love it. But I dont think there should be an option. No crosshairs. Most that play this game would agree

Ya I agree. Crosshairs fully removed would be best. At least it can be disabled and not forced

Crosshair visibility helps with the transition not only for players who are accustomed to our previous iteration of aiming, but also newer players who are accustomed to crosshairs in general. As always, we encourage folks to disable this if they prefer.

Perhaps disable it by default and allow users to enable it if they wish?

Just started playing again. My only issue, it's so visually unappealing at the moment, it could literally push away a new player looking for the sim experience. And it just makes the game instantly seem more arcadey. I know I personally would've been severely put off it was in the game when i started playing, and I would've assumed there were other arcade aspects behind the gunplay/game. I agree with the guy above whom said it may be better if it's off by default. Someone who buys the game and wants a visual crosshair would be more likely to look for an option to turn one on imo.

I kinda grew to like the new crosshairs. I like their design, and you can even adjust the opacity.

It's the same, just two clics

:steamthis: These changes would be great. Much closer to my Marine Corp training.
