This project is dead.
What a shame, how did it lead to this? Was it too many promises that you never had plans of fullfiling? Like NPC AI teammates and an extensive list of things. Seems to be the norm nowdays. Glad i didn't fall for this, it's as if this game was never released in the first place.

I'm in full agree with you. They have a gem to make something special and it's like no one has no heart in games anymore. It's like no one besides 1 person pulls 15 hour shifts in development. Devs spend months on simple coding to make themselves look better. A good example of this is from the 1st fallout creator. short vid but very detailed on today's generation. But hey look at the dev team discord pictures they all driving nice car's 200k houses they living the life. But tbh. Their best bet is selling of there game / code to another company that has the resources. There excuse is they are a small indie dev team. ok game has been a idea since 2012. The worst part is. They don't even keep it real with the community. Like from day one switching of the road map, to work on gameplay..... ya dev team should have been doing that. That being said, I do enjoy the game. Already wasted 40$ and 130 hours of time on it so i'll still hope it get's progressed. But tbh the game may be dead by the time they drop anything. Straight up if the dev team was straight up. With the problems they are having. What codes are kicking there ass. Show that you know you are being slow with progress but be open about the progress and where you are truly at and watch the community be more giving / forgiving. But they keep treating us like tools. Like we don't notice where it is going

The current iteration of Six Days has not been in development since 2012. Over the last few years, we've reworked much of the gameplay and feature-set (third person to first-person perspective, for example) to the version currently available. All with a new development team.

We're taking the time, now, to address many of the issues that have been reported to us since launch. We understand players are frustrated with our decision to delay fireteam AI. While it's not a replacement for new content, we hope to be more transparent with our Q&A session and share some context behind our decision.

If you guys have questions for us, we'd be happy to answer them:

It's unfortunate to say but in fact the game does not seem to be progressing as much as the developers would like it to as the players. I went back to the game to see where we were, and like every time, it got worse and worse. Ex; Impossible to change weapons to take the MG249 once you take the pistol in three of the new missions added in December. They will probably tell me to report it but each time they do it (I have done several), not much happens. The game was really enjoyable when it was released in June 2023, but the more time passes, the more problems arise. We are now offered the opportunity to discuss directly with the developers even though the primary reason for the forum was precisely to participate in the progression of the game thanks to our reports and proposals. So since the first method used (forum) does not give the results hoped for, why would the second? It begs the question. We're going to wish the developers good luck and good continuity anyway.

It's actually not but okay, whatever helps you fester easier.

I did this song and dance with the Sys Shock remake. Got real quiet when it launched.

But what more do you want from a game made in 1994? They did a faithful remake, actually blew away people expectations, they actually delivered, game is complete there is nothing more to add to it because it is the same game as the one made in 1994 not a new one

Not really quick to assume since I been following since 2013. Not me really quickly making a decision. Just me calling out what I see and definitely other people do to. And Like I stated I hope they prove me wrong and they have a long way to go for sure. But you cannot disprove any of my claims, can you. Needs more content with a little more cherry's on top and it'll be somewhere . A lot of people can't take constructive criticism anymore and it shows.

Why would anyone need to disprove your claim when the ones you make up are just that…completely made up claims based on no factual information?

Just looked at all the dev discord profiles, and it does not show anyone driving a nice car or any car for that matter and no one mentions the cost of their living arrangements either. The original project was officially announced in 2009 and canceled and shelved in 2011 after public blowback and the publisher going bankrupt. It wasn’t picked back up again until 2017 and started the project over from scratch. Strange that you claim the project was started a year after it was canceled and then you somehow begin following something that didn’t essentially exist in 2013?

Constructive criticism is great but only when it’s based in reality which your claims are not.

Kind of hard to say constructive criticism. When you don't call out any of the gameplay features I mentioned earlier. You respond back a lot. But with really nothing but coming at the person. But not at the game. You call out people and drop the mic* with proving nothing. Go look at the discord speaks for itself. I get it. You have friends in the company and you don't like any negative feedback. But it is facts

This is why i seriously hate shills, they are the worst type of people in any gaming community and its because of those people that games don't grow as they should. They love feeding you this idea that the game is absolutely perfect and needs nothing new or changed to it and god forbid you point out any negatives. They don't understand that for a game to get better it needs criticism as long as the criticism applies and is true. Why would you defend something so much when you know there hasn't been any content for months?

You apparently haven’t actually seen my feedback about the game itself then. I’ve been one of the biggest and loudest critics about the stuff they are finally addressing with the QoL update because it was grossly inaccurate to real life.

All the feedback I’ve provided has been based off real life experience from my 30 months of combat experience in Iraq during GWOT as an infantry NCO.

I'm referring to the song and dance of "Oh it's never coming out, NDS scammed us, it's dead!"

Then, it dropped, and it was awesome.
