Is this game worth buying?
I know it sounds like a dumb question to ask a in thread for people who already own the game.

For context, I enjoy playing room-clearing games like Ready or Not, SWAT 3 and 4 and Rainbow Six 3. My only concern is whether or not there are singleplayer AI, because I find that online matches always fall apart (there is always someone team-killing everyone for no reason, or blasting annoying noises over the microphone).

Right now solo play is very difficult because team AI is not available until Q1, 24. It is much harder than RoN. But this game in many ways is amazing.

I got it for $30 on the sale going on right now. I really like the concept and foundation and glad i purchased to support the progress of development. But I think it still needs some time to go. Pretty basic gameplay yet, and would be way more fun with a team of friends who have some baseline knowledge of MOUT/CQB tactics as its pretty easy to die. When they add more gameplay features and expand i think it will be an amazing game and id wait 5 more years if if that's what it would take to have an amazing final product... This is all just from playing solo for 30 minutes lol

Would you say it has a better overall experience than Ready or Not (if you played it)?

I will keep that in mind. Thanks.

Well RoN just came out with 1.0 finally so its no longer in early access and with the NO CRACK ai mod (and modding capabilities in general) I'd say RoN is the move right now with more content if you had to pick one or the other. I have like 95 hours into RoN over the last couple years. Without the No Crack ai mod though RoN is super frustrating. I like 6 days in fallujah just need more time to play it and it would be more fun with friends. The intro movie with live footage and interviews really got me hyped to play.

I'd say buy now while its on sale or put on wishlist and wait for a bigger sale down the line sometime. There were also like 1000 players playing it when i checked earlier. and an insane 40k players on RON since 1.0 just released.

Has a bunch of potential, but I would say wait a few more months until there's more content and QoL improvements.

Is it really that overpriced? I kind of want to play it because I enjoy the concept of Ready or Not, but I think the game was poorly executed.

It's shaping up to be an amazing game, but nigh on impossible in single player currently. You can sometimes get a fair ways through, then the next try get shot quick time. Defo a game where you'd need to be in a team currently. Which is what it was designed for so can't really crab it for that.

It´s easy to find online players, or ask for friends on official Discord.
If you are up for online with random players, have a quick radio check first thing after spawning. If they don´t answer, leave. Gameplay is impossible with no comms.
Fallujah simply doesn´t compare to RoN, or other games.
You are just dropped into a war zone. With no intel whatsover, with rol and weapons fixed. No idea about enemy strength. Maps are procedural, so you don´t know modded maps like RoN to keep it different.
Audio is top nothc, ingame comms are fantastic.
I love RoN but Fallujah is my fav tactical shooter game ever. If you play Fireteam mode is an experience, not a game.

for the content it has yes its overpriced, i like this game but the state it is right now its not worth it
Atm, not really. Especially if you don't have people to play with. There is very little content and a lot of jank. Wait until a bigger sale.
