Please add TrackIR support (freelook)
Just to give it a little swing to MilSim and help understand that a targeting dot and looking direction are disconnected.
Would boost immersion 100%

I agree. Head tracking, for those who use it, is really essential for serious milsims.

Just add free look and prone, like every decent tactical shooter would help. Agreed on the Trackir though,100%

We've noted freelook as a community suggestion. Thanks guys.

Wouldn´t that make the game much easier? You can easily call out targets that way. Maybe if they had a drone operator / commander role, but just dead guys calling out targets while roaming freely is a bit too easy and I wouldn´t want that.

Uhm... freelook => being able to look left/right/up/down WITHOUT moving the whole body. MilSims have that mechanism, action shooters NOT. TrackIR is a head tracking device, so that you don't have to press any buttons/keys. It is a SIM standard.

Freelook is not what you think it is. Freelook stands for moving your head independently from your body, like in ArmA, Squad, Ground Branch, Ready or Not, etc. It would definitely be a welcome addition to this game.
What you had in mind is commonly known as Noclip.

Alright, sounds good.

I can see this as being useful when prone. However, an old LRRP guy told me this: "if it's worth looking at, then it's probably worth pointing your gun at."

The problem with adding this, is that you NEVER are aligned with your rifle sights anymore, so it will increase the difficulty of the game even more.

I don't think so. All other SIMS have it working properly.

Agreed. You can add a bit of a dead zone for the sight.

+100 to trackir. The same way is implemented in ARMA3.
Trackir allows you to move your head without pressing any key. Same with Tobbi headtracker.
Any progress on this? Looking at this game for the sale, but already have one milsim sitting in my library waiting for head tracking support. Hesitant to add another.

100 per cent TrackIR. Thank you.
