Near the bottom of the 2nd link the help desk says epic online services causes players to lose voice comms while playing? For some of us we aren't able to hear anyone since launch day.

So many game breaking issues that could have been avoided if epic was not used.

The devs say they've identified the issue and are working on a fix. If they've found the cause of the problem, I see no reason why it won't be fixed in an upcoming patch based off how responsive the dev team has been.

To clarify, we're using EOS for peer-to-peer matchmaking. This doesn't require any additional accounts or downloads onthe player-side.

We've identified a backend issue related to this, and we're continuing to investigate these alongside Epic.
