Near the bottom of the 2nd link the help desk says epic online services causes players to lose voice comms while playing? For some of us we aren't able to hear anyone since launch day.
So many game breaking issues that could have been avoided if epic was not used.
We've identified a backend issue related to this, and we're continuing to investigate these alongside Epic.
