I'm using a fast SSD, but I suppose it's all relative. Some may call it fast some would say not fast enough. lol.
So this time I left my PC running and left the house for a couple hours after I finished playing. I started the game when I returned and it took about 3 and a half minutes to get in game again. Kinda strange that it would sit in memory and then begin to decay like that. Why not have it load and unload completely?
35 secondes to the point where you start search for other players (matchmaking start)......
second launch:
20 seconds to the same point
I would say there is geenral something strange on your side.....
Ryzen 7 5700G
16GB ram
RTX 3060 Vid card
WDC PC SN530 SSD drive
Not sure if it'll help, but there it is. :)
Thanks.
That is similar to what I have. Weird how you're getting a very long load time.
How old is that SSD? Also, are you running your OS and your Steam/Games on the same drive? If yes, I highly recommend getting a second drive and using that for steam, games and etc. It will split the workload on the drive and improve your load times by not taxing the drive as much.
