Could you provide a little context here - did you rebind any keys which may have cause a different setup to what others experience or change any other settings that may be slightly different to other player's setups?
Do you recall which 3 keys you had pressed? We'll try and reproduce the issue ourselves but any further information would be useful.
i know this is a random thing to say but you guys really should make a cold war thriller there is something about the vibe or style of Conway that would really fit it like one of those BBC thrillers they did after the tinker tailor solider Spy Film in the early 2000s
We're struggling to reproduce your issue.
To help us track down whether this issue is coming about from key-ghosting, would you be able to try the button combination "J, T, C" in that order on the URL below?
https://www.microsoft.com/applied-sciences/projects/anti-ghosting-demo/
And then let us know if it works for you or if it doesn't properly detect all 3 key inputs?
I tried it and the J and T worked press C and nothing happens it does not detect C
As we don't have any key ghosting on any of our keyboards in the studio, would you mind helping us work out a combination that wouldn't cause this issue?
Using that same Microsoft application, does the combination J, T, X register all 3 keys? If not, how about J,T,O; J,T,W or J,T,B?
PS I missed your comment about the Cold War thriller - that's a great idea and something a couple of the other members of the team thought was interesting when they heard about your suggestion - maybe we'll be able to tackle one in the future as we also think that film is excellent!
JTX works as does JTO JTB but JTW does not,
A John le Carre like thriller would be awesome the vibe and feel of the Conway game would suit it to a T and if am honest i have yet to find a game that has nailed the cold war thriller, that late 50s to 70s era is overlooked but is a treasure trove of ideas and real life narratives.
We'll go with 'J,T,X' as the new lock pick solution and that fix will be in the coming '1.0.0.5' patch so as soon as you see that update, you should be able to continue.
Apologies for that happening but thank you for helping us get to the bottom of it.
