So if you care about maximizing income, there's no reason to build more than the water and power draw your zoo is currently using.
Cons:
Since I'm doing a good morality run, I use both the wind turbines and water towers. They take up about half of a plot of land since I have almost all of the animals unlocked and most of the variants as well. I do wish that I could use that space for farming though, since I need a TON of some crops and my current big farmland plots are not big enough.... I need more space in general to keep everything/everyone happy.
Any ballpark estimate on the cap?
