My plants keep dying

I have a farming question. I have lots of crops and my farm is huge, I have two farmers per farm plot. Why do my plants keep dying? Should I have water around it? I'm not sure if that's the case.

They don't need water around them. It sounds like maybe your farmers might be trying to do too much, for their skill levels and numbers. Try adding an extra farmer to one plot and see if more plants survive there!

My farmers don't even care about the plot... My plants died again, I have two people per plot, they arent even that big. I wanted to check where my workers are and they are wandering around the zoo. They are all over lvl 20. I wish I could somehow tell them to go back to work. :D

It took me awhile to figure out but farmers don't pick crops just plant them. You need crop pickers from the farm processor. That might be why your crops keep dying.
