How many Animal keepers should I have?

Ok so i'm having issues understanding A few things when it comes to animal keepers namely
How many to hire right now with my zoo it seems like 1 keeper for every 2 pens is ok but over 2 makes it to much work for the animal keeper.
Also i'm worried about keepers feeding my animals for a few of them when they feed the animal the feeding bar does not fill all the way but like 15% to 20% how do i tell them to feed the animals to max?

Also is it ok to let the animals go hungry for a little while how should the feeding bar be full at all times?

Once you reach the later parts of the game, I would recommend having around 5 animal keepers assigned to each decently sized pen.

You can altar the diet of your animals from the storeroom to give them better nutrition.

It is okay for them to be hungry for awhile, just remember to assign enough animal keepers to an enclosure so that they can clean it and feed the animals on time.

Bro that's insane I can see maybe 2 If it's maybe big animals but 5 is to much that is 500 dollars a pen.

I have like 5 or 10 keepers for each pen but the game keeps telling me to employ more.
HOW MANY TO DO I HAVE TO EMPLOY???? 20 for each pen?

But why does it keep saying that I should employ more keepers.

It seems like you get that message if one pen is a bit dirty. I just do a scan on all the pens. If one makes me go "yuck" a lot then I add a keeper. (I'm looking you, you rascally rabbits)
