Aquarium Odyssey Open Ocean Enclosure

I would like to know why the 'open ocean' enclosure in the Aquarium Odyssey functions differently to literally all the other enclosure types. Not being able to have the shape how I want it completely ruins the enclosure shape and aesthetic I'm trying to go for.

same at least you can move it kind of in place I'm also getting a "bug" where my game closes for no reason
