thirsty guests

I have tons of drink stalls and shops and yet everyone ignores them, and complains they are thirsty.

Do they all have employees? Also check that your food doesn't have high salt since that increases their thirst.

Also often times guests do not even go to the drink shops and machines. even when thirsty

I did notice that they don't always go for the need that they have the emote for or in their thoughts on the visitor screen first. Sometimes they'll be thinking, I'm really thirsty! But then they go to get a taco instead.

Personally, I just disabled the emote pop ups. It helps with lag and it was hard to see with so many emotes that I couldn't do anything about because the people decided not to use the vending machine right there.

Would you be willing to share a screenshot of your zoo layout? I've had similar issues, and I'm curious to see if your food/drink stall layout is similar to mine.

My Zoo Screenshot [imgur.com] Uploaded it on imgur since I play on PC but with Game Pass. After trying to scatter the shops around and still have enough space for all of the animals, I ended up making a hub for shops and restrooms by the entrance with vending machines around the rest of the zoo.
