Wendigo not coming back to cave

2 games in a row, we have gotten to the "enter the den" Neutralize the wendigo stage of the first level, and the wendigo never returns to the cave? We have completed all of the objectives and he is not showing up. Is this a known bug? Are we doing something wrong?

Hey! So my group and I also encountered the same problem! we ran around the map thinking maybe we needed to activate something. But no luck. ran around for 2 hours :/ Is there anything we can do? or do we just need to start all over again...

why wasn't this addressed? lol. Debating buying the game but, sounds like dude had a problem and got no help. lol...

Feel free to join the discord! A lot of the issues brought up in these threads are usually addressed in patch notes/discord, sometimes it's hard to keep track of everything so we try to keep everything in those. This issue has been resolved! Hope it cleared up any confusion

This was talked about over a month ago on the discord, and there's been no update since then. It's still happening.

It has been patched (fingers crossed). It just seems like one of those bugs that gets fixed and then finds a way to sneak back into the game a few builds later. Makes it tougher to track down when it's not always guaranteed to happen either. I hope this cleared up any confusion!

we encountered this bug as well. basically wendigo has a bug where he can get stuck in place. So the wendigo was probably just stuck somewhere and you are just gonna have to find him. my friends exploited this by keeping an eye on him while constantly keeping his hp on the threshold.
