Save 99/100 hidden packages

I'm looking for someone who has 99/100 save packs or someone who wants to play gta 3 and complete the story with a 99/100 save where the last pack is at the end of the map (I have such a save)

i guess you uploaded some wrong file. Save files are in C:\Users\username\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA III Definitive Edition\Profiles\BBF8D418 (random code) and there are file in SAV format

I have a save file on my computer. Where I downloaded it from, I probably won't find it because it was in such a deep place on the internet that... I simply won't find it. If you're interested in playing through the game on this save, I can share it with you on Google Drive and then I'll tell you where the last package is.
