Extremely low FPS for what this is
So my machine isn't anything special:
- RTX 2070 super
- Intel 10750H
- 16 GB DDR4

However, I the performance is horrendous. I expected it to run smoothly on the highest setting, but barely hit 30 FPS. After I lowered the graphic settings it barely helped. Some other guys on the forum found some specific settings that needed to be changed too and did those. After that I barely hit 60. And yes, I did uncap the FPS. That just isn't acceptable. GTA V Runs 100+ FPS and pretty much any other game I play can easily sustain 60+ without problem (except High On Life for some odd reason).

I have chosen to refund and hope that both the Achievement bug and performance gets better with time. I might come back when I buy a new PC. If anyone know of fixes, that require a bit of tinkering without installing mods or external programs I would love to know. I really hoped to play these games.

Try settings game launch paremeters to "-dx12". This should improve performance but some textures will be bluish during night sometimes.

For those who have problems with the performance, that helped me before 50-70 FPS with drops and now 144 constantly :)

That helps me
Ryzen 9 5900x
32GB
RTX 2080 Super

i have constant 144FPS with this little changes, i play all on Ultra but i change this--->

set the car reflections to screen and cloud quality to volumetrix
and Vehicle Light Quality on Low and lo and behold you have a bunch of FPS without the quality suffering :) I hope I could help you
