Bug, there are not enough keys.

While playing on the easy complex I faced a shortage of keys, there were only 2 of them. I spent almost 2 hours on a complete study of the map, even looked into the cabinets, checked the floor and corners.

Are you sure saiko didnt attack you and steal any key you were holding? she can steal keys and hide them in places you already searched iirc.

Saiko keeps 3 keys on her , the power room, the headmaster office and the infirmary. you can make her unlock the power room and give you the headmaster key. But the infirmary will lead you to your demise.

She did not attack, especially since I played on an easy difficulty level to unlock some achievements.

But I needed the keys to the classes in order to get the code for the safe. I opened all the classrooms and looked at all the openable objects, and I never found the last 2 keys to the class. It was exactly a bug, probably very rare.

Now that's weird. All needed keys are in locked classrooms, aside of the very first which is in the kitchen... mmh. Saiko had been bamboozling you just to be sure you don't leave.

How to: Follow her until she gives you the key to the headmasters room which is the last key. She does it after you hear the big thud and she becomes scared and does not move.

Before going to the headmasters door, turn off the power. This will disable the trap she has placed at the headmasters door and you will not get poisoned. After that she becomes hostile seeing as you avoided the trap.

She will then sprint to the kitchen unlocking it, and you can then enter it and get the first key. Play as normal unlocking room to room and getting codes.

Only thing you need to really avoid is when she throws a poison grenade at you. You can see she is about to when she raises her left arm above her head. If she comes close enough she will throw it and it is a 100% guaranteed hit when she does.

Avoid her, get the keys, get the codes, get the exit key and booyah. You did it.

Had the same problem
Managed to open the energy room and locked classroms, the first locked classrom had a key on it, second one didnt, spent a few hours doing circles and cheecking every room and classroms for the keys

There is simply not enough keys, I think the key I needed spawned on other locked classrom and It was impossible to get, locking the game.

Im not a dev but I think making the game spawn the same key on each classrom (1, 2 or 3) of each section (A, B, C, D) unless its a naturally opened door
Incase anyone doesnt understand
For example, you open A1 with the key you get from kitchen, then, you obtain B1 key on A1 classrom, then, the game spawns the needed key to continue on both B1 and the other B classrom that was already locked, this will probably fix the key not spawning on the right room.

Well, the first thing we need to establish is what mode everyone is talking about.

Normal Mode is the easy mode of the game. Despite how it looks, Yandere Mode is equivalent with Hard Mode in difficulty, unless you know tricks to make it easier.
