Congratulations, you have successfully made it to #4.
Sadly, Steam has no achievement for same, but in your heart you will always remember this victory against evil itself.
And getting only half of his health down at least seems somewhat plausible to me.
LATER EDIT:
Jup, that was it. So to everyone else who got stuck here:
1. Map your roll-movement to L-Ctrl instead of C, so that you are finally able to roll to the right.
2. Keep a length of about the middle arena ring of distance to Djedefre, and when he attacks, DO ROLL TO THE RIGHT. He then tends to really run past you, which finally gives you kind of an edge on him.
3. Don't bother with bullet time. Just roll to the right and pump him full of lead.
4. When he uses his strafe-attack (starting when he's down to 75% life): goto 3.
All I can say is it's a pretty standard, yet difficult, boss fight with patterns and precise use of the dodge ability to avoid taking damage.
But with dodge and bullet-time alone it seemed nearly impossible to avoid taking damage.
If anyone is still in need of help here, here is how I did it.
#1 - I didn't use Bullet Time at all during his 1st bar of health. I used the scripted slow-mo at the start of the fight (while James is narrating) to get in 2 hits from the rifle on his weak spot. When he charges, use the Roll to get around him. I kept rolling backwards and he closed the distance and got me, once I started going horizontal to him I was able to reliably survive. Using this method I was able to destroy his 1st bar and then stake him.
#2 - Once the 1st bar was gone, I waited until he finished his charge and then used Bullet Time while advancing on him and shooting his weak point. With a full magazine I was able to destroy his 2nd bar really quick and get him with another stake. He spawns in mobs at this point but by using Bullet Time I got his bar down without having to worry about them.
#3 - In the 2nd phase (the one with the "Closure" card), I just unloaded on him with the Uzi while doing my best to roll around him since he is vulnerable here. Just keep rolling and use everything you have here and he'll go down.
I did notice the guy who has a Youtube video of this fight has basically no resources, not sure what was going on with him but I went into this with almost full everything so ammo was a non-issue. Hope that helps anyone still getting BTFO by this guy!
Roll does see some use for dodging ranged attacks, but I can't blame someone for getting to this boss and not having used it or dive. Dive feels like it was meant for another game before the scope of the game changed.
