Lenovo Legion Go Controller not detected
Dear Markus!

I bought your game via GoG unfortunately the controller on my Lenovo Legion Go is not recognized. If I use a third party controller, the game will work - but not with the Lenovo Legion Go Controller (that does work in any other game I have installed). Could you please give this issue a look.

All the best

I tried, what you posted here:

Do you have an original Xbox controller, and what version? Also, how have you connected the controller? Via USB or Bluetooth? I could imagine Bluetooth could cause trouble, so trying USB would definitely be something you should try.

Also please try this and tell me if it helped:
  1. Press Windows + R
  2. Enter %localappdata%low
  3. Press Enter
  4. Find and open the Phodex Games folder
  5. Open the folder and delete the settings.sav file
  6. Restart the game and re-enable the controller setting
  7. If it doesn't work immediately, restart the game and try again.

Unfortunately this did not help.

All the best

Hello Philipp. Only official Xbox controllers, PlayStation controllers, and Steam Decks are supported. Most third-party controllers should work as well, as long as they mimic one of the supported devices. I fear the Lenovo Legion Go is a rather exotic device I don't know much about. Is it using Xbox controller mapping?

Hello Markus!

It is using the exact Xbox Mapping (like ROG Ally and Co.) the game also runs super smooth on this device. Unfortunately not with the built in Controller. As soon as I use an exterlan one everything is fine but that is not the sense with a mobile gaming device ;-)

All the best!

P.S.: As I wrote the biult in controller works flawlessly in every other game with controller support
Did you ever figure this out? My LeGo is having the same issue.

Sorry, I did not check the thread for quite some time. Unfortunately the controller on the Legion Go (and perhaps some other handhelds?!) seem to be not supported. This is a pitty as the game would be a blast to play on a handheld. As there seems to be no support I did refund the game on GoG (for now). I`d be happy to buy it again - if it supported the controller (which behaves like an xBox One X controller in any other game).

All the best
