Magic, mages?

Saw a vidoe but was a bit lost when they went to select skills, didn't see magic but knowledge instead but it's locked behind things? Wonder if this game has magic/summoner classes available to play. Thanks for any information.

Always play RPGs as mage. I will only buy this game when a mage is released.
