I'm having an issue on 'Clear out the garrison' in Yuki's mission. I've cleared out all the guards, but it's not progressing and letting Leon collect the chest...

If you use von Presswald's pipe skill, it won't register all the guards as dead. You have kill them all and it works...

Did something trigger out of order? Monitor character conversations carefully, and if they seemingly talk about stuff that makes no sense (e.g. Leon asking you for help to get past some guards while you still haven't saw him grab the chest), reload a previous save. Observe what you did that triggers the out-of-order conversation and don't do that.

In my playthrough I killed a guard on top of a warehouse and that triggered something incorrectly. Could be a similar situation. That mission seems pretty buggy.

I thought the double enemies are a kind of new challenge :-)

Ngl, the double enemies in The Tome mission kinda funny, did manage to kill 4 of them :))
