Suleidy is really good. Its hard to imagine where having cover wouldn't automatically just be a lifesaver.

For just great utility though Quentin gets a shoutout. There are so many like, impossible situations that he simplifies just by being around.

Suleidy is insanely OP. She's probably the most powerful character and I'm trying to think who is a distant second.

Narratively, Toya's tale and challenge are great. Still working through all the characters but I don't think anyone else's is as good.
