I've tried entering the tunnels connecting isles in different missions, walking on all chains, the seal-level pathways, all available doors etc. and no luck.
Thinking it's either extremely obscure, or bugged. This is the last unclaimed badge in the game for me, and I'm at my wits end.
Thanks in advance for any information you can share.
Thus it's either a bug (which wasn't corrected in the latest hotfix), or there's another more secret travel system. Further complicating it is that the travel system in question is part of the mission objectives, thus seems unlikely to be a trigger for an optional badge.
Thanks :)
I can confirm that it's in the game, not bugged, and not related to the cave travel system featured in the main quest. I'll drop a hint without spoilers, and then details under spoilers.
It's a pair of interactable objects, one on Zagan's original isle (where you start the first DLC mission), and one on the central island. As mentioned, the objects are not highlighted with H, and normally you wouldn't expect they can be interacted with. Finally, the name of the badge (Maiden's Path) is a reference to the objects in question.
These are the Iron Maidens - bell-shaped metal objects
Wild, I did suspect that the middle area's position was suspicious given the place you enter/exit seemed to go nowhere.
Thanks so much.
I did it in the morrow's reach mission with the 8 crewmates.
I just did it in the second mission on Zagan's Lair called "Planting the Effigy".
Make sure all enemies are actually killed and not just catatonic.
Make sure even all of the custodes are properly killed (this is relevant for any "kill all" mission).
