Is spooky lighting badge alritght?

There's like 7 small lamps and 9 big and i was wondering how am I supposed to turn off all 16 only with 8 characters

there is one that can only be reached by Quinton's fishing rod. I dont remember how many total, but I do remember not being able to reach that one until i got him. Its easier to see all of them at night

I do know that there one big lamp in the front which reachable only by Quentin's rod, but the question is not that, If in total there 16 sources of light, how in the hell can you extuingish them simultaneously.

Just turn them all of, they need to be off simultaneously, not turned off simultaneously
