Why all of the red "Badges Failed?"

I finished the game, defeating all the Ignacias and am now just finishing up a few of the Captains tests. But right away, on the first mission I just had all of my 3 characters selected and moved them into a bush and up comes a red Badge Failed! Then I killed an alcolyte and again the red badge. Why is this happening? Not that I am after obtaining badges...I just enjoy the game but I am curious as to why all of a sudden I am getting these. Never in the course of playing the game to the end did I ever see one of these.

Because until you finish the game the badges are hidden, so you don't fokus on them but the story (thats also the reason why you can't replay until then)

After the story those popups are meant to Help you and let you know you can't obtain a certain badge any longer in this run, so you don't have to find out after the mission, unfortunatly some badges don't tell you if you failed them
