There's a badge at Calamity Reef island that says: "Go fishing at the Rickety Piers". Rickety Piers is one of the Tears. I've been running around the place for last 15 mins trying to fish, but nothing works - there's nothing to interact, clicking on fish doesn't work, Quentin skill doesn't do anything.

Above the Rickety Piers' tear, right between the lowest and highest levels, is an extremely small yet highlighted fish right in front of one of the random npc dock workers that you can use Quentin's fishing ability on to obtain the badge.

At least that's where I found the fish. I am not entirely sure that it has a fixed spawn location.
