Need help with 3 island badges of Dread Vine’s Cove

Hey We Can See Each Other! – Stand on 3 Inquisition Towers at the same time.
Which towers are they?
Alcoba Azul – Dive into the hidden grotto with a crewmate who can swim.
Spent like 2 hrs already swimming around the island and nothing....
Cliff Racer – Reach the highest point on this island.
Seems the way up to the mountain is blocked?

I am on mission Bark and Bramble, do I need to wait for latter missions to finish these badges?

For the cave, it is not far from one of the exit with a small pier near it, i can’t remember more details right now
You can only see the entrance of a small cave with a skeleton and a chest

there is also a fourth tower next to the exit point near the outpost in the third picture. it got destroyed by the vine but still can climb on top of it via vines. might be helpful since its closer to towers 2 and 3 so you dont have to go to the other side of the map.
