Still, this is amazing. By far the best of all their games so far. And I really loved Desperados 3. They have really improved the game mechanics. I can see I will drop many hours on replaying this game.
I was with: Afia, Suleidi and Toya. And it happened right at the end, moments before I wanted to light the crates.
If the problem occurs there is nothing you can do. You have to restart the whole map or finish it without saves.
Even if you load earlier save it will eventualy brake (I tried multiple times with different saves)
On the next map it works again.
Where you on Iron Bay too? It was the same for me
Everybody - where possible please can you try and raise a support ticket for the issue. Mimimi being able to look at the save files up until that point will help them diagnose the issue.

Currently, our investigation has revealed that the save game/memory capture problem appears to occur under the following circumstance: If you’ve activated the skill upgrade for Pinkus von Presswald and you use his upgraded skill to delve into a Prognosticar and then activate the Prognosticar's special skill to freeze an individual.
But there might be other cases that trigger this issue that we are still identifying.
We will update you as soon as we can. If you are affected by the bug, you might consider trying these options to potentially resolve the issue until we have a fix
