[SPOILERS] About the ending
I finished the story yesterday and honestly, I did not really feel that ending was enough? I guess the creator tried to make it open-ended, kind of the way the original FFVII ending was before compilation. However, I think it leaves too much unresolved to be satisfying, unless there's a sequel (or another "season") in the works.

At the end of the game, all that we manage to accomplish was killing the Mo Godo Queen, wrecking the Mo Godo homeworld and by association sending DreamCore into chaos. Also, what Doug's short trip through The Glass Door accomplished is up to interpretation, but he seemingly just chose to return to his friends. It seems that he gave up on restoring Earth, but what about The End? Depending on the interpretation there might be material for another game in this world. I just find the ending a bit unsatisfying and too open to the point of barely resolving problems that were presented.

But hey, those are just my feelings. Maybe I missed something, because I was very sleepy by the time I completed my playthrough.

I didn't mind the ending, but i would also love knowing more stuff about everything that happened. I would really love sequel, because i really wanna kick some The Ends ass and also uncover who are Higher Ups and possibly restore Earth.

Yeah, the end of the game felt very abrupt. When I got the achievement for beating the game I thought "this can't be it". I thought it was the start of a big adventure to defeat "The End" but nope, that's just the end of the game apparently. Sad.

I think the game needs an epilogue. Nothing major, even just some slides during the credits that show what happens to the people you interacted with during the journey, the group informing people of what's coming and trying to shore up support for the future would help a lot.

Right now, it's a bit like an episode of a series suddenly ends with a smash cut to black that leaves you wondering if your TV broke and then you only find out the week after that was the series finale.
