For those who having demo crash
If your GPU doesn't meet minimum system requirements - don't even waste your time trying launch the demo. It's D3D12Core.dll failure which is DirectX 12 module. Old GPU's have only "directx_11_0" DX12 support level, not 11.1/12.0/12.1/12.2 which is required.

GTX 750 Ti works... some with 1660 or even worse, 2060, can't run it. What gives?
Maybe cards with 6 in their number don't work? Way to go, Capcom!
that's not the problem though, rx 550 and it just crashes on startup.

I don't know what magic those youtubers is using but I have GTX 780 and the demo crashes on startup without any error. I watched windows Event Log and there is Application Error with C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\D3D12Core.dll module. Who's having GTX 750 cards - please approve that videos is real.

I eventually got it to start by just trying like 30 times. I don't know about the recommended specs but the minimum is off. Performance preset, castle runs fine but I'm struggling to hit 30fps in village. An rx460/gtx1050 isn't going to hit 60fps at 1080p, maybe more like an rx480/gtx1060

Mine supports DX12 by official website and tho 11.1 supported on windows 7 tho. But still getting D3D12 crash. RE2 remake was running on DX12

Here is the thing - you can modify the name of your graphics card by editing Windows registry. I think those youtubers do that to get views on their channels. If you know somebody with GTX 750 Ti or same GPU - let them test the game.

They don't rename the GPU. I swapped my GTX 760 for my old (well not really old because the 745 is newer than the 760 xD) GTX 745 and the game launches just fine, i can play in 720p, lowest settings, 70% resolution scaling in around 30 fps.

I can run perfectly with my 1660 the only thing I wanna complaint was it doesn’t run in full screen when I launch the game even though I already set it to full screen

Ok I’m found out that the reason why GTX 750 can run the game is that it have Maxwell architecture (instead of Kepler). It is newer than GTX 780 even.

Yeah GTX 745 as like as GTX 750 has Maxwell architecture. So no Kepler support for this game.
