What I mean is, what our specific issue is, won't be fixed, or at least don't expect that to happen. It's just because the previous demo (PS exclusive) had some issues (mainly AI and graphical) and they're not fixed here from what I saw.
I believe the issue we have doesn't even let the game load any kind of configuration, since I even tested deleting random lines to see if it worked and nothing happened, nor did the file reset itself. Even deleting both config files doesn't create them after opening the demo again.
It won't work. I even tried different builds of Windows to no success.
It's not gonna happen I'm afraid. They didn't fix the issues of the three previous demos (although mostly graphical and AI related), I'm under the impression they don't care, otherwise they would've released this (Steam) demo earlier, to iron out these issues.
If they do, "hats off" (not really) to them, but not holding my breath.
If I disconnect the HDMI display while the game is flipping out, it'll finally set itself to HDR mode and I can reconnect the display and it'll be fine.
I have Win 10 with the latest updates and the newly released nvidia drivers. Ryzen 9, 2060, 16 gb ram laptop.
