Less than obvious things
What I like about the game is that it's complex mechanics give places to hide for some non-obvious things. And I continue to find them even after playing for some hundreds of hours...

For example, some time ago, I've discovered for myself that I can reset the gears distribution for free fairly often and set it up more closely to meet my current limitations.

In this thread I propose we share such tips.

When I only have a couple of minutes to play and can't use energy reserves "properly" running through all crystals and upgrades, I use all of the energy to activate crystal #2.
And when I get to the game next time I have not only full energy bar but a couple of thousands seconds of running crystal #2.

I'm too early in the game to give any real tips, but just wanted to give you credit for this thread, even though it havn't really taken off :-/
Your crystal 2 tip was very useful to me as I just assumed that duration would run out while offline!

If I had to give a tip it would be to time your first undead reset (75+ Bone Flour) with the day 9 search as is provides you with 100k waste, which you sorely need after this reset.
Whether it is a good strategy, I don't know, but it seemed like a sweet deal to me! :D

Legit!

I am sure there are many things we, UI players, can share. But we kinda forget how cool it was the first time we discovered something and now use it constantly, not remembering how it was before.

Completing the final rune doubles all other runes. Though, the last 1% takes over 15 days by its self, so... you should use energy to not have it take like a year.

Err.. You mean that 100% of Runic Prism doubles the 100% effect of all three runes?
It's nice to know, I decided to stop dumping energy in it on 25% until new runes introduced

When you start the warlocks the major bottleneck is the speed of creation of dark mana by the first warlock (d'Esperance). Even with crystal #2 running it will still eat up much time to get warlocks going and make them useful.
Consider givind d'Esperance a gear. It will really be worthwhile in the long run.

(a tip from the discord guide)

Once you have spell book, the one you want to work toward is the spell Ouroboros on page 3. This will allow you to reset the game like the boiler soft rest and keep all your progress.

Get the mushroom farm and use the ones that reset your gem recycle count, Save up the most hell ash to do a soft reset with the boilers a b and c. before you do a complete reset with the Ouroboros spell.

Last when you have heros, don't worry so much about the gear, it will only drain your tokens to reroll, waste of tokens. just go longer with what you get and perhaps buy new gear you can swap with, or upgrade. Have to see what you get but a good guide is posted for the best gear per slot,
