Tips on surviving the infinite rat spam in Mylantis?

What it says on the tin. Keep dying to the hundreds of rats which spawn in Mylantis Layer 2- it's passable to just use my nukes on them, but eventually I run out of nukes, and then the infinite rats just barrel down on me and kill me within seconds. My homing weapon can kill them also, but it takes a while, and usually isn't enough to get me very far. Any advice?

In the Mylantis caves, you needs lots of EMPs (and a very strong radius and time upgrades for it). See if that helps.

you could also just play days and days getting upgrades for the various weapons and getting to level 500 helps. i likely done like 20 plus small white flower mazes trying to get homing weapon upgrades. it halped me spam kill the blue things in red ying air block air and i quickly reached level 500.

Or nuke spam. Emp spam or nuke spam.

getting a jackfruit inside an alpha cube certainly helps with white flower spamming.
