cant go any further on Paws N Claws Level

I have reached paws n claws level where i have to get buddy to the vets and gotten to the part where i say to buddy i will be right back i just need to check something and it wont let me push the shopping cart buddy is on it wont move any further so i can not proceed past this level.

just had to quit to main menu then load back in to continue past the part the cart got stuck at.

push you hands forward, not your body. That voiceline plays when you stop gripping the card and the game thinks you want to loot all the cars. Just continue pushing the cart
