This did not happen. I had 15% of all stocks, with no possibilities of have more because I bought all the stock in the market.
Do what the above poster said. Keep going to board meetings and giving speeches to up your company reputation.
From there, every single weekend go to the company tab and start phoning board members to talk to them to raise your personal reputation with them.
Start by talking about the exchange until you are more friendly with them. From there you can start inviting them out to a bar for more friendship points
As you become friends with them, eventually they will start offering to sell you their shares, this is how you get more shares than is available on the market.
When you get to above 50% shares you can essentially declare yourself CEO come shareholder meeting time.
The post is old.
I did this until 2000, took me 20 years in order to become CEO. For my point of views is no sense, i had a really high relation ship with all the board but i found it really hard become CEO. Also because the time is limited, and when i was farming friendship with one member another friendship was declining.
