Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway

Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway

Minimum and recomended requirements.
So my computer is old enough to not run properly 2013/2014 and actual games but seriously, this game in particular is running in the worst way I ever would imagine.
I have : Intel core 2 duo 2.2ghz + 3,37 GB RAM + Nvidia 9800 GT Green Edition 1 GB + P5GC-MX and still I keep getting extreme painful lags ( Fps drops ) from 30 fps to 19-25 constantly.
The game runs openningly smooth with 30 to above of frames per second and yet why is running so slow.

P.S. I have installed by routine protocol of all third-party content when steam games initialize before installing, incluiding directx ( even although is old version ),also have my video card driver update and audio driver as well.
I don't own SLI or Cross-fire gpu which I did search on internet that make this game runs baddly so I still don't know why this game run like ♥♥♥♥.
I also don't mind having shadow detail and quality set on low,V-sync disabled. But Low/Medium/High on textures,I've tested all qualities and the perfomance results were the same.
I have configured too on my NVDIA control panel to set antiliasin,aniso... and blabla to Off,forcing v-sync to Off all that kinda of ♥♥♥♥ usually become heavy in the game.

I am watching how bad is now.But damn systemrequirementslab and gamedebate websites tell I can run just fine.Even on the game's retail box show same requirements. This is certainly a crap port for PC version which it seems.
