Sadly there are only a handful of user-made levels

Search for Battle of Best on MODDB and SP-Countryside and SP-Factory on gamewatcher. You will need to activate the console to use them, and make sure to read their readmes very carefully. I believe there is a console enabler on gamewatcher as well, so you can use that.

Apparently, the lack of user-made content is due to the buggy dev-kit. It's a miracle any levels were made for the game :/
